In view of the weak edge of silicon steel rolling process, it is easy to produce edge crack defects, Beiying rolling mill overcame the difficulty of no guide wheel before production, and replaced the ordinary liner with a wear-resistant liner to reduce the risk of edge crack in the finishing rolling and winding area of silicon steel. In addition, Beiying steel rolling mill put the finished steel coil in a single layer to further avoid the occurrence of abnormal coil shape.
Many quality indicators of the rolled silicon steel are good, including iron loss 4.2 W/kg, magnetic polarization strength 1.74, the difference between the same plate 8.5 microns, the average lamination coefficient 0.978, the electromagnetic performance has reached the domestic first-class level.
